Would I be dismissed from school (college) for a fight where I got jumped first and then retaliated?

I have a judicial hearing between me and my friend and these girls who jumped me. They were drunk and attacked me. Me and my friend was walking and saw them again and words were thrown and another fight occurred and they happened to get the worse of it. Do you think we would be dismissed from school because they got really hurt?
