39weeks pregnant.. cramps and pains?

hi everybody, im 39weeks tomorrow and for the past week ive beenhaving the odd period like pain off and on, not painfull though and yesterday when she was pressing down, that 'lightning' feeling was sooo painfull!! i couldnt walk and i couldnt catch my breath for about 20 seconds! shes head down and ready, just wanted to know everyones thoughts on wether she will come this week and not be overdue! any advice also would be good on how to help her come on time or early! xx
