Why is my right deltoid twitching all the time?

my right deltoid some times (it is as im righting this non stop for about 20 mins now ) twitches around about in the middle of the deltoid......and it is very odd but there is no pain its just an odd felling and a bit uncomfortable lol so just if you could suggest some things ;)
