What is a good side dish to bring to a potluck?

We've got a potluck at work next week and I want to bring in a side dish, but I wanna bring in something good, but easy. I was thinking of either vienna sausages or chicken wings. If I bring either of those in, I want to cook them in my crock pot. Does anyone have any good recipes or other good ideas? Thanks.
