I bet he was hoping for something a little more then kissing LOl but it didn't happen so he quit. he only wanted to use you for ual things, he played with your feelings to use you and i can gurantee you that if you two ever made it offical, he would kiss some other girl to even if you two were dating. he's a douche don't get with him. i sure as hell wouldn't.
