YouTube wont let me sign in on my laptop?

when i type in my username and pword it just comes up the same again lke it refreshes.its the same with meteor.ie but i can sign into bebo and face book no problem. i gave my friend my pwords and usernames and day logged in no bother on their laptop..help??!
