My parents keep making me do too much work over at their house. How do I nicely address the issue?

I finally have the time to do more mountain biking and rock climbing my parents are always asking me to come over and help with yard work or build a gazebo almost every day I have off. How do nicely talk to them about this. Note that I come from an asian background and can't be straightforward and tell them off.
