Setup was unable to format the partition. The disk may be damaged?

PAGE_FAULT_IN_NONPAGED_AREA you have a bad RAM chip. if you have 2 sticks pull one out and try the format again. if it completes,great. if not pull that stick out and swap it for the other one. Or pull both out and reseat them both and see if it clears it up
