Why won't my laptop log on?

Today I went onto my laptop and twas working find but then I turned it off and later turned it back on again and it now wont log on! It just the word welcome and stays like that! It log in on safe mode but not networking safe mode! My laptop is an Advent with windows 7 home premium version! Plz gimme a hand? Thanx in advance =)
