Vikings QB situation (not Favre related)?

Even though Mangini picked up Ratliff, he isn't proven or experienced enough to play backup and I would think that Anderson will be the starter in Cleveland...so fat chance that he's going to be traded to the Vikings. If the Vikings were to get a Derek Anderson (again, just not going to happen but would probably cost a 1st or 2nd rounder) but if, i think they definitely would be a playoff team but not a Superbowl team...Might be time to start makin Bret an offer.
