Ideas for a Yearbook Cover, Pirates of the Caribbean Theme?

I really want a POTC themed cover for our yrbk. I kinda know what to put on the front but I need a POTC background. It can't have pics of the characters or anything, but like the background that's behind the skull teaser poster would be nice. Any ideas or links?
