Do The Eagles need Michael Vick if they want to beat The Falcons?

Or could Kolb get the job done? I have a feeling Vick is not just itching to get back in the game because of his ex-team but because Kolb showed he can do a pretty decent job when Vick is hurt! Btw, Mike Vicks my boy and I know he is far superior to Kolb but Kolb didn't do that bad against that loser team 49ers but The Falcons are pretty good this year and I think we might need Vick for this game. The bigger problem is we all know Vick is not 100 percent but may play 80 percent which is still enough to get us the win against The Falcons most likely but he could risk taking more injuries if he plays.
