Blind Eye or Dirty Needle?

With manny being caught this season and a-rod, this years playoffs looks more like a "road to redemption," then anything. I keep hearing people say hall-of-famers Manny Ramirez and Alex Rodriguez if these guys are hall-of-famers why is Mark Mcgwire not or Barry Bonds, i mean they all lied so why do we choose to forgive a few and forever banish others. This is not right, if A-Rod or Manny is allowed into the hall of fame (or David Ortiz) then why not others, but maybe cheating is alright as long as you win. Why is this, If they cheated the game of baseball then they should not be allowed in the Hall.
